Shipping prices on our website are for US delivery only. See below for mail order delivery outside the US.

Payment may be made in the secure cart by credit card or by calling the credit card number to our toll free number--866 315 0030. The card number may also be faxed to 866 308 1866 or a check may be mailed to P O Box 668, Benton, AR 72018.  Choose Direct Credit Card entry for credit card orders in the cart, choose Credit Card by Phone if you are going to leave your card number on our answering machine (in a safe place, not used by others). Choose Charge to Account if you are a dealer who has a credit card on file with us.

SHIPPING:
We ship orders for CDs received by 4 pm Central time the next business day. We're a small company and our primary concern is your satisfaction with your design order. Our email orders are not automated for instant delivery. This gives us a chance to point out any problems with your order and offer suggestions. Sorry, we cannot ship CD orders same day because mail pickup is early in the morning.

DOWNLOAD/SHIPPING TIME:
EMAIL: Within 24 hours (usually much faster, especially during business hours!) barring any emergencies such as power outages.
FIRST CLASS: Up to 10 working days. We ship all items at the same time in separate envelopes. They may not, however, arrive on the same day. Please allow 10 working days before asking for reshipment.
PRIORITY MAIL: 2 or 3 working days, depending on your location. All items shipped in same package, one postage charge per order.

RETURNS:
Only retail CDs which have the seal intact are eligible for return. Opened software will not be refunded or exchanged.

FULL COLLECTION PRICE:
All embroidery collections numbered 801 through 836 ordered for US delivery are $45 (plus $4 shipping per order if sent by US Mail).  Prices on orders for delivery to other countries will vary by supplier. For mail orders outside the US please contact:

Delivery is available by email on most packages. Orders delivered by email will be one format only and you will not also receive the order by US Mail. Mailed orders are on CD and contain all formats available for that collection.

SAMPLER PRICE:
S001 through S104 $20 each, 1st class postage in the US $1, US Priority Mail is also available at $4 per order.   Samplers are simply smaller sets of designs at a lower price. Where the designs are also available in a larger collection, this is noted in the title of the set. All designs, instructions and graphics are furnished on CD without display packaging. Instructions are in an Acrobat 5.0 pdf file. All big hoop samplers have only formats for machines with big hoops. Many of these are also available by email.

ORDERING FROM US:
Orders and messages from our website or faxed orders and inquiries get into production or answered most quickly. Our toll-free  phone number is 866 315 0030 (answering machine). Fax is 866 308 1866.  We are not in the office on Fridays. Friday calls will be returned on Saturday or Monday.
Email/website inquiries will almost always be answered much more quickly than phone calls due to my ability to access email in various locations away from the phone.
