Data Collection

With the exception of a few specific instances (see below), we collect only standard web server access log data. This information contains no personally identifiable elements and is used primarily for the purpose of site administration and statistical tracking.

Information collected via the site's forms is retained only for the stated purpose and it is our policy not to pass it on to third parties. Personally identifiable information will only be revealed to a third party if an individual is involved in an illegal activity such as credit card fraud or piracy of copyrighted designs.

Product Order Forms

This site links to a secure cart service, ecartsoft.com. The cart requires cookies for tracking items ordered.
 

Design Package Registration Form

The optional Design Package Registration Form is used to register any design packages you may have purchased. It collects information associated with package registration, including name, mailing address, email address, purchase location and the design package name(s) and serial number(s).
 

"Contact Us" Form

The "Contact Us" Form provides a way to send us email correspondence. Information required by this form includes the sender's name and email address and the message title and text. We do not retain any personally identifiable information associated with such messages beyond the period necessary to complete any related correspondence with the sender.
 

Web Site Update Auto-notification Form

This form is used if you wish to be notified by email when the web site is updated with new designs or products. It collects a name and email address.

Cookies

A "cookie" is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. Cookies are often used for web site personalization and in e-commerce applications. They can also be used intrusively for user tracking and are, except in very specific circumstances, a potential threat to individual privacy. Our cart requires cookies only for order completion and Google Analytics which collects no user-identifiable information. Google Analytics gives us statistical information only.
