PAYMENT:
Payment may be made by credit card or echeck through Paypal either as a Paypal member or as a guest (no need to join Paypal) or a check may be mailed to 7700 Rolling Manor Dr., Benton, AR 72019.

Note that a check through Paypal requires a few days to clear so there will be a delay in receiving your order.

SHIPPING:
We ship orders for Backup CDs received by 4 pm Central time the next business day. We're a small company and our primary concern is your satisfaction with your design order. Our email orders are not automated for instant delivery. This gives us a chance to point out any problems with your order and offer suggestions. Sorry, we cannot ship CD orders same day because mail pickup is early in the morning.

DOWNLOAD/SHIPPING TIME:
EMAIL: We email orders during working hours and often into the evening. I am out of the office for a while on Fridays, so there may be some delay during the middle of the day. If you haven't received your email order in 24 hours and you've checked your spam folder, please do let us know right away so we can resend it.
FIRST CLASS: Up to 10 working days. 10 working days before asking for reshipment.
PRIORITY MAIL: 2 or 3 working days, depending on your location.

No refunds for CDs damaged in shipment. We will replace the CD.

RETURNS:
No refunds or exchanges on emailed files. If you have problems with a design, please contact us so we can troubleshoot for you. We're always happy to help. We want you to have great results with our designs.

FULL COLLECTION PRICE:
All embroidery collections numbered 801 through 836 are $45. Delivery is available by email on all sets.

SAMPLER PRICE:
S001 through S104 $20 each by email.   Samplers are simply smaller sets of designs at a lower price than our collections. Where the designs are also available in a larger collection, this is noted in the title of the set. Instructions are in an Acrobat 5.0 pdf file or a text file. All big hoop samplers have only formats for machines with big hoops (5x7 or larger).

SINGLES AND BUNDLES
E numbered designs are all available by email only. A backup CD may be ordered, but these do contain the same zip files sent by email, so making your own backup would be less expensive.
